It proposes that students use peer mediation in a Scriptural based program.  The project uses previous evaluations of peer mediation programs and results of a questionnaire sent to all Lutheran High Schools in the United States.  The research shows a need for scriptural based peer mediation.  This includes a peer mediation workbook with sample forms and letters.  In response the paper espouses ways to implement a successful peer mediation program. What impact does the intentional spiritual formation of P.C. (U.S.A.) preachers in northeast Ohio have on their preaching? Specifically, if they are better able to discern God's activity and will, will their preaching be more effective? Lay leaders undertook a two-year training program supervised by the author.  Five models were employed to guide the formation process.  In group sessions and practical experience lay leaders deepen their skill and self-awareness, increase awareness of God's call on them to partnership with clergy in faithful sustainable ministry within the church and community. This project urged undivided devotion to Jesus that rejects a consumer orientation to church membership.  The project employed education and behavior modeling strategies with new and current members to urge deeper, all-encompassing commitment to Jesus through increased, regular involvement in worship, prayer, Bible study, and personal testimony.
