Three biblical truths were drawn out: there are biblical principles in evangelistic work, that Christians should be strong and share the Gospel, and that God calls Christians to evangelistic work. Participants were trained to prepare and lead home devotions and to engage in teachable moments with their children. A men's ministry dinner, ten three-hour equipping sessions, and a four-day retreat were utilized.  Sessions included small and large group discussions, as well as instruction.  The objectives consisted of helping the participants to grow as disciples of Christ, recognizing their calling and value in discipleship ministry, and to engage them in a discipleship relationship with another man. Pre-and post-surveys and project objectives were used for evaluating the project. The objective was to launch the model to revitalize discipleship within the leaders and members of Oak Grove Baptist Church.  The reserach revealed an increase in overall spiritual grwoth over the duration of the project.  The attendance went from 80 to over The strategy defined the goals needed to evangelize and discipline young adults and to initiate the transformation of the culture at TBCC toward becoming one that actively seeks young adults. It includes the theological foundations for discipleship as well as the creative process of conveying said discipleship through creative language and visual tools.  The project addresses the linguistic challenge Christian Churches can experience as a result of generational and theological differences.  This project is a culmination of Westbrook Church's experience as it sought to create congregational minstry allignment by means of new metaphor that would expression the mission of the church found in Matthew 28:18-20.
