The project director identified key components of spiritual development in regard to ministry leaders and volunteers. This project examined academic standards of spiritual formation. The project director selected a strategy team that assisted in the development of the plan for Central Baptist Church. The strategy accomplished four primary goals. The project director inspected the current state of spiritual formation as well  as academic standards in the area of spiritual formation. The research, as well as interviews with the principal ministry leaders, aided in the development of a spiritual formation strategy that the team developed and presented to the staff of Central Baptist Church for approval and/or endorsement, The project director engaged multiple methods of evaluation including expert evaluation, research, and surveys. The  project director enlisted the participation of twenty two adults from the congregation. The participants were then taught using a curriculum on henneneutic methodology written by the project director. The equipping class consisted of eight sessions taught on consecutive Monday evenings and focused on the essential methods of the observation, interpretation and application of Scripture. This project will be based on the ministry skill enhancement model. The project director will begin by researching the field of apologetics and create an annotated bibliography from resources researched to aid in the design and delivery of apologetic sermons. He also will create a report identifying theological doctrines related to evil and suffering that will serve as essential components necessary to increase understanding of evil and suffering. The project director then will develop a series of apologetic sermons incorporating the essential components identified. He will base each sermon on apologetic principles and will incorporate a specific component deemed necessary for the increasing of congregational understanding of evil and suffering. The project director will preach the series of apologetic sermons at Eastwood Baptist Church. The first component involved researching various resources in the field of biblical mentoring in order to identify essential skills. The second component of the project involved the development of curriculum. The third component of the project was the equipping phase, in which the director equipped the selected men with biblical mentoring skills. The church now needs to accept the culture of this era and to improve young people with programs utilizing social network services. In this paper, the author organizes the project with the purpose and constructs and implements programs using Facebook, and KakaoTalk, representatives of the contemporary social network service, with contents such as the Bible meditation and writing, gratitude sharing, intercessory prayer, and sharing Christian video clips and so on. The hypothesis is through the teaching of current  trends of domestic violence, an increased awareness of domestic violence will be enhanced.  The methodology used to test the hypothesis will be quantitive through the use of pre and post questionaires surveys and interviews. The study was conducted among the Maasai community of Kenya and Tanzania. The problem for the study concerned the fact that many Maasai's did not abandon some retrogressive elements of their culture that were in conflict with the Christian faith, even after embracing Christianity. The study employed Paul's framework in his letter to the Galatians where it is shown that Paul was not content to make converts but to transform Christians to be witnesses. The objective for this study was to use cultural structures of church leadership in order to mediate the Christian faith through the leaders. Ultimately, this study was aimed at showing how members can be transformed into witnesses through leadership. Qualitative data for this study was gathered from interviews through nonprobability sampling from the Maasai Methodist mission fields in Longido Tanzania. Data was analyzed through philosophical analysis and conclusions were drawn from the given samples. The findings and conclusions of this study point to the fact that converts to Christianity should become witnesses in their communities. This is because the kingdom of God is not about doctrinal beliefs, but practical purposes. After presenting the concepts and meaning of the kingdom of God through literary and theological studies, the author structured a six-week course curriculum and conducted the project in order to observe the changes in the students' attitude and perception of Christianity.
