Esta tesis buscó las causales de una iglesia en mantención, tales como, problema de mentalidad, de falta de visión, de liderazgo, de resistencia al cambio, etc. Investiga además el tema de la personalidad en el ministerio de un pastor. Other areas focused on their loyalty to bosses, the importance of a company's values and social practices, and their preferences about working independently of collaboratively.     Members of an American college ministry were surveys using an online survey tool. Based on 261 surveys, 85 percent chose servant leadership as their preferred style. The role is commonly referred to as pastor, shepherd or teacher.  Ordained ministry often comes at the cost of emotional and physical turmoil in the life of a pastor.  This can result in ordained ministers questioning their abilities, their own personal success and even their call into ordained ministry.  In this project seven ministers are interviewed.  They reflect on their decisions to leave or remain in the role as an ordained minister. The theological education initiative of Central Missouri started the Emerging Church leadership Institute to fill that gap. Utilizing phenomenology, the researcher discovered the program's impact from the graduates. The field research determined the program accomplished its goals. the biblical/theological research unearthed a history of education for leadership development in non-traditional settings. As goes the man, so goes the family, church, and nation. The problem of men remaining disengaged from the gospel has ramifications for men and Christ's church. This project recaptures a biblical view of masculinity. An overview and assessment of the effectiveness of several ministries is given. Men's ministry initiatives of the Presbyterian Church in America are presented with the purpose of developing life-transforming discipleship of men within local churches. In response to this problem the researcher explored the biblical foundations of preaching. he reviewed literature related to homiletics and communication with special attention to cultural formation in organizations. He conducted case studies by way of interviews to determine whether members of his church perceived this connection between preaching and cultural formation. The researcher studied the biblical and theological natures of care and community and their interconnectedness to each other. He used qualitative research to conduct case studies of Ada Bible Church and North Point Community Church to identify transferable principles. The research shows revived interest in a plurality of elders among Southern Baptists. The design of the project included the administration of a survey to ministry practitioners working in contexts that had achieved the numerical threshold of multicultural ministry. The results of this survey revealed that most churches who have already become multiracial have taken both intentional and relational steps toward achieving that ideal.
