In contrast, the academic field of Foresight and Futures Studies takes a much broader approach to decision-making that can lead to the future we hope will come to fruition. This research project will explore the initial steps necessary to broaden congregational perspectives around what the future church could look like. Humanity was created to share in that relational love. In pride, the created chose knowledge over a relationship with the Creator, breaking God’s designed order and His anthropomorphic heart. The Trinity gifted humanity their independence while presenting an opportunity to restore them back into relationship. If every person were a house, each house would be a wreck, ravaged by the devastation of sin, desperately needing complete renovation. I used a charismatic metaphor to depict the Trinity as a renovation team, suited up in steel-toed boots, with the tools of the trade hanging off carpenter belts, ready to remodel lives. The Father is the Master Architect, Jesus the Master Craftsman and the Holy Spirit the Onsite Coordinator of this Holy Renovation Team. This portfolio contains an explanation of the Trinitarian blueprints for renovation and a story of personal restoration. Some spiritual disciplines are discussed as the renovation tools of spiritual formation. The favourable results of a research curriculum taught with the goal of heart rehabilitation are reported, and the ultimate reason for this Trinitarian renovation. Holy sweat drips, and the clangors of hammers and drills are heard as the Restoration Team commences the renewal process of Renovation: The Trinity Transforming Lives. Through the exploration of this community, as well as those responsible for mission formation, one can glean the gifts of Jesuit education that are accessible for a broader audience, as well as craft a way of proceeding in the work of mission formation and animation that can benefit all employees. This project demonstrates that authentic encounter with the wisdom of the Jesuit educational mission, acknowledgement and celebration of the unique gifts these employees bring to mission work, and demonstration of both the relevance and benefit of mission to any work within a Jesuit institution, invite this population to a richer connection to mission. This connection to mission serves the well-being and growth of the employee, which in turn increases the well-being and health of the entire institution and its constituents."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC-EDU/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/downloads/ea43fd60-8823-416e-963b-eb275d3edfdd?file=thumbnail","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["admin_set/default-default-approving","admin_set/default-default-depositing","admin_set/default-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_ids_ssim":["ea43fd60-8823-416e-963b-eb275d3edfdd"],"file_set_ids_ssim":["ea43fd60-8823-416e-963b-eb275d3edfdd"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Default Admin Set"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["lauren.schwer@gmail.com"],"_version_":1797407731324289024,"timestamp":"2024-04-26T14:26:29.474Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2024-04-10T20:25:12Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-04-10T21:19:05Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"6f2e65d0-0cd2-45e6-805d-2bb2bdf94dd9","accessControl_ssim":["efb24ff6-07dd-48ba-80be-e2d49574da8e"],"depositor_ssim":["cahanihu@student.ctu.edu"],"depositor_tesim":["cahanihu@student.ctu.edu"],"title_tesim":["Religious Women as Global Migrants to the United States: Critical Conversations about Spirituality, Mental Health, and Vocational Identity"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2024-04-10T20:25:12Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-04-10T21:19:05Z","isPartOf_ssim":["admin_set/default"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["6cca401f-d870-4ee1-91cf-f5a8d51c1c04"],"hasLease_ssim":["9949c23c-9200-4022-bb04-b59559292ebd"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Doctorate In Ministry"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Catholic Theological Union"],"year_tesim":["2024"],"resource_type_tesim":["D.Min. The study focuses on a specific group of Catholic religious sisters termed “Global Migrant Sisters” (GMS), younger women under 50 years old. It explores GMS experiences navigating cultural, linguistic, and generational challenges in their new congregational contexts. It therefore examines how GMS integration affects migrants and host communities, highlighting identity, belonging, and community dynamics.\r\n"],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["admin_set/default-default-approving","admin_set/default-default-depositing","admin_set/default-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Default Admin Set"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["cahanihu@student.ctu.edu"],"_version_":1795984139407589376,"timestamp":"2024-04-10T21:19:06.426Z","score":1.0}],"facets":[{"name":"resource_type_sim","items":[{"value":"Unknown","hits":13089,"label":"Unknown"},{"value":"D.Min.
