A twelve week session was conducted with students presenting case studies on assigned areas of life and ministry using the proposed theological reflection paradigm.  This was then processed in a group setting for mentoring and community progression. The purpose of this project was to enhance the basic knowledge of the Bible and facilitate the spiritual growth of new believers through implementing a narrative Bible Study program at Calvary Korean Baptist Church in Los Gatos, California.  The ten-session course, designed and led by the project director, helped the participants gain an understanding of the main biblical principles. Interactive learning experiences helped participants through an understanding of God's call and how God equips believers through spiritual giving and personality type.  These newly formed teams studied attributes of effective teams to implement best practices in communication and problem solving.  The missionaries became aware of ways personality impacts the behaviors and attitudes of themselves and their teammates.  Seven participants discovered new spiritual gifts and the majority of the group grew in confidence as to how their spiritual gifts could be used in a church plant setting.  The missionaries became more confident in team-based ministry.  the missionaries emerged knowing the gifting and personality strengths of teammates and with goals to make their teams more effective. To help planters in the Dakota Baptist Convention, a discipleship relationship has been designed to encourage their continuing spiritual formation.  Working with a more experienced disciple, the spiritual disciplines of contemplative prayer, Lectio Divina, and solitude and silence form the project's focus. The impetus of this project was to explore the marital satisfaction of different racial groups by researching the explanations given by happy couples for the reasons of their marital success.  The participating couples in this project revealed many new insights to both similarities and differences when comparing each of the ethnic marriage cultures involved in the research.  When comparing the marital satisfaction of Christian couples from four ethnicities, Christianity was the determining influence on their marital happiness and stability. Ten diverse leaders participated in individual intake and teaching sessions and follow-up debriefing and assessment sessions.
