It was hoped that the researcher's interactions with pastors, church leaders, and Christian social ministries in Cameroon would reveal the extent of practical ministries on behalf of the poor. Almost all the pastors and church leaders sampled knew these problems were extensive but they were not involved in programs or personal assistance for widows, orphans, or social outcasts who attend services with them on Sundays. The research uncovered that with a new emerging culture many changes that needed to be implemented by an effective leadership did not happen. A paradigm was formulated by integrating socio-cultural characteristics of Korean diaspora church and framework of culturally-appropriate, theologically-sound and theoretically-coherent missional ecclesiology for Korean diaspora. Eight criteria of missional ecclesiology were identified, and three ontological values were identified: to be sent by the Triune God; to represent the reign of God in the through Jesus Christ; and to be led by the Holy Spirit. Through research on discipleship training and the Me Generation and personal testimonies from my own congregation, this dissertation concludes that the Me Generation especially needs life coaches, mentors who walk with them, teach by example, and guide them as role models. The extension of adolescence has received much attention, and there are indicators delayed development of adolescents significantly affects society in a number of ways: families, economies, educational institutions, and local churches. Data was collected through surveys and interviews with emerging adults. The project was organized around the three major tasks of adulthood: establishing autonomy, developing community, discovering vocation.
