The task is required to research and study about what the community needs. The Korean community where Dream Baptist Church is located sets a high value on children education.  Dream Baptist Church discovered the community needs and developed a children's mission school named Mission Rangers. This project is designed to establish a children's mission school in a local church in order to make the connection with the community and seeks the outreach opportunities. Enlistment and training of teachers will be the first stage.  Second stage focuses on fourteen gathering sessions to conduct a children's mission school. The project lasted for ten weeks and included eight sessions in theories and eight sessions in practical evangelistic visits. Through this project the participants became knowledgeable in the biblical mandate for evangelism, acquired the skills necessary to be effective witnesses and developed the passion and discipline needed for living out the Great Commandment of the Lord. Adapting the main principle of value engineering to a ministry context resulted in an increase in faithful service among the members and a decrease in certain traditions that were hindering the effectiveness of the ministry.  Organizational efforts based on value management helped create several small groups called Little Churches. This project used a quantitative and qualitative research method with questionnaires to pastors of twenty-four Korean American churches which have implemented, or are currently implementing, the EE program for spiritual growth of new and existing members. The EE program has two weakneses in Korean American churches. One is a lack of networks of relationship, and the other is a lack of training and application for witnessing as a way of life. This project shows that the EE program is a good model of discipleship for evangelism-orientation, if properly adapted to Korean American churches. EE is not a canned evangelism program, but it provides a good model of relationship evangelism. This project recommends that the Korean American church needs to make EE their own, and adapt it to their own contexts. Based on the analysis of data through mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative research), the researcher proposed modifying and updating the traditional Japanese seminary curriculum for pastoral ministry. A modified curriculum requires first that seminaries nurture leaders who can lead their churches toward the eschatological vision in Revelation 7:9 as the goal of ministry. A case study of ten established mid-sized churches that have walked the road to renewal served as the framework for the research. Data from pastoral interviews and lay leadership surveys were the means by which the case studies are analyzed.
