Three additional tracks were started beyond theology, including youth ministry, musicology and iconology. This facilitated a tremendous program growth, including in the number and percentage of women. Students volunteered to participate in a project that offered course and thesis support, counseling, fellowship and prayer. This was done via telephone, internet and standard mail. Surveys and numerous other contacts identified demographics as well as student ministry goals, program satisfaction and student stated program needs. The study concluded that student support services would enhance distance learning theological education. It recommended optional implementation, particularly for beginning first year students (who do not attend a week of residency until the completion of that year), and for students needing support with developing a master's thesis concept."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Pittsburgh Theological Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["31bd5819-b5a3-4928-96d5-b581f38b637b"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1791126955181998080,"timestamp":"2024-02-17T06:36:14.580Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T13:27:02Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T07:28:22Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"44d13707-e8da-420e-8fa9-8957615a12d8","accessControl_ssim":["280e91e1-1108-44fb-8b03-d3fbf4e6b96c"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["Case studies of the relationship of selected military father/husband leadership styles to the quality of family life"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T13:27:01Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T00:07:43Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["a5c067ee-a839-4e75-8b69-a49398059bdb"],"hasLease_ssim":["81374ec0-0535-42b7-a8f7-93c70ced8d0a"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Unknown"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Dallas Theological Seminary"],"advisor_tesim":["Jerry C Wofford"],"year_tesim":["2010"],"resource_type_tesim":["Unknown"],"types_tesim":["Text"],"creator_tesim":["Alex C Brown"],"publisher_tesim":["Dallas Theological Seminary"],"subject_tesim":["Families of military personnel","Soldiers--Religious life","Church work with military personnel","Soldiers--Family relationships","Religious life"],"language_tesim":["English"],"abstract_tesim":["The author evaluated the relationship of father/husband leadership style (a composite of vision, values, respect and admiration, innovativeness, shepherd leadership, and servant leadership) with the quality of family life.
