The strategic design team developed the evangelism strategy through a series of seven design sessions. Interdisciplinary archival study with philosophical, biblical, theological and missiological research methods are employed. Both the missio Dei and Christian missions take on new meanings from cosmic conflict paradigm. This study shows seven dimensions of Christian missions in correspondence with a sevenfold mission of Christ. The participants evaluated and deepened their understanding of worship and intentionality through group sessions and the use of workbooks. They also wrote, implemented and evaluated weekly action plans to give opportunity to practice intentionality in leading worship. Finally, participants were asked to commit themselves to continued intentionality in their worship leadership role. To achieve the goals for this project, the project director utilized an equipping module. The first phase of the project involved researching many different resources in the field of small groups and small group leadership skills. The project director utilized these resources to produce the lessons used to equip the selected group. The second phase was to develop a seminar, including lesson plans and a student workbook. The final phase of the project involved implementing the seminar for the initial training of the selected group. The seminar consisted of an introduction session, four lessons, a conclusion session and an implementation discussion. The seminar was conducted on four Sunday afternoons. In the context of an eight-week, learning-focused, mentoring relationship, participants developed leadership and communication skills, and set goals for spiritual and ministerial growth. All participants showed growth in all specified areas in their final assessment of the mentoring program. The project director identified five leadership skills, five communication skills and five spiritual formation qualities necessary for ministry excellence.
