The coaching helped participants do evangelism consistent with their approach to working with others as indicated by the DISC Classic Personal Profile System 2800. Quantitative and qualitative measures were used. Coaching sessions focused on current personal evangelism efforts of the participants. The concept of spiritual growth guides blended some of the aspects of discipleship, mentoring, and Christian coaching.  The director trained the select team in four sessions over a four-week period. It emerges out of the author's desire to preach sermons that stimulate emotions and intuitions as well as the listeners' intellectual capacity.  Drawing upon Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences, the author presented sermons incorporating diverse artistic media as a means of engaging various intelligences.  Feedback to these sermons was solicited through both written and verbal responses. The members of the project group participated in a six week leadership seminar that focused on various facets of the leader's character, duties, and disciplines.  Through surveys, tests, journals, and an evaluation session, the project leader was able to assess the overall effectiveness of the project.
