The author reviewed the preaching of Reverend HanHaum Oak, SeoTek Kim, and DongWon Lee through sermon books and internet broadcasting. Through this process, he pursued to develop more powerful and effective expository preaching in contemporary context of Korea. The project director researched leadership coaching resources and methods. The research led to the development of an annotated bibliography, a comparison study on the distinctives of the coaching process and the training components. The fruit of this research aided in the development of an equipping model to train selected West Florida Christian Educators in leadership coaching. The equipping model was piloted with a select group of Ministers of Education in West Florida. This project evaluated core classes in light of the Apostle Paul's goal of strengthening churches and their members, the biblical content of the kerygma and the didache necessary to strengthen every Christian, the means of instruction for facilitating lifelong learning, and the means of assessing the progress of the learners as a result of the teaching. The research design combines feedback from church leadership and participants as well as non-participants in the classes through surveys and open-ended interviews. The components of the project include exploring selected strategy planning models, analyzing association and convention demographic data, and reviewing the association's organizational structure and financial resources. The project director guided the strategy development by using a planning team comprised of selected individuals. The completed strategy plan was presented to the association's Administrative Council to solicit its recommendation for adoption by the associations Executive Board. It focuses on the promotion of short-term missions through a six-part sermon series that appeals for those in today's church to participate. Personal testimonies, video clips and other resources are also included. This project developed a seminar to encourage older women in practical godliness that they could teach in their churhces. The nine participants in Chimbote, Peru, were evaluated three months later to determine content remembered, behavioral impact, and experiences as they taught in their churches. To equip the pastoral caregivers, a workshop will be held at Heritage Heights Baptist Church in May of 2007. The workshop will consist of five separate training sessions. Each session will last two hours for a total of ten hours of instruction and training. This project introduces small group ministry to Grace Baptist Church of Cedarville, Ohio through the development and evaluation of a pilot program. This congregation's conservative roots, circumstances, and culture required strong biblical and theological evidence of the validity of small groups. A small group model was adopted and tested in a thirteen week pilot program. The model aimed to strengthen biblical community and spiritual formation. Crucial to the explanation of positive changes in the women was the spiritual dimension involving the fulfillment of the principles in Ephesians 4:1-16, leading to ministry within the body of Christ that eventuated in the mutual ministry of the participants to one another.
