This project created a team of students to develop ways to subvert popular media to teach the Gospel as a part of Murray Christian Fellowship's mid-week meeting.  VAK modalities in moral development are explored.  Scriptural foundations for media subversion are discussed in relation to Job and 1 Corinthians.  A transcript of the team curriculum is presented.  A small population took a self-assessment survey.  Some students reported small increases in retention and focus. The restorative nature of discipline is explored in the section dealing with theology of ministry. Pre-testing and post-testing, a spiritual awareness assessment, and weekly journal entries were utilized to evaluate spiritual maturity and awareness of God. After sharing in each class, participants were examined to see if any change took place. The methodology used to achieve the goal took place in the form of a pre and post-test, journaling, spiritual gifts inventory, and exit interviews.  The findings of the project showed that participants were strengthened as a result of the classes taught. A qualitative research method was employed using surveys and in-depth interviews.  The researcher discovered that conflict situations exist, that participants have an understanding of conflict, and that they believe the church should be concerned about the issue of conflict.  Many participants have unresolved feelings where conflict situations are not engaged. To achieve this goal, an alliance was formed and participants were engaged in unified multi-denominational and multi-cultural ministries such as prayer services, social gatherings and worship services.  Together the practicing churches took the presence of God into the community in the form of practical ministry: cleanup, vacation Bible school, and worship service in a city park. The biblical and theological dimensions are first investigated.  Experiential data are then drawn from Appreciative Inquiry interviews of fifteen Episcopal clergy regarding events in their ministries which have brought them significant joy.  Extensive discussion of the philosophical and theological dimensions of Appreciative Inquiry, an experientially based organizational development tool, is included. The purpose of the research was to demonstrate a correlation between small-group discipleship and the development of new male leadership in an aging church.  The researcher formed a group of seven men who met for nine weeks to learn discipleship principles.  The researcher administered measurement instruments for both Christian growth and change in attitude toward assuming leadership in the church at the beginning and conclusion of the intervention. The researcher implemented a diversity workshop, cultural heritage awareness night and focus group.  A questionnaire was used to develop qualitative data to evaluate the project.  The final product was a 'compendium of connectivity' which identified how current members may see new members as empowered, connected, or disconnected.
