The research includes an overview of the church's history, a review of the literature relevant to church evaluation, and an examination of the church's spatial, financial, temporal, and human resources. The aim of the project is to ensure that Memorial aligns its ministries with its core values and mission, and at the same time optimizes the resources so as to best enable growth. The author examines the major cultural and philosophical themes of postmodernism through the lens of popular music. Two common evangelical responses to postmodernism are appraised. A defense of evangelism is offered, based on Christian realism and the ontologically unique claims of Christ. Lesslie Newbigin's model of contextually-appropriate mission, as the encounter between Gospel, culture and church, is commended as an alternative to non-foundational pluralism. Interviews, Survey Groups and Written Surveys measured this research.  The Data Analyzes showed that the intervention can motivate people to revitalize their community. It provides a safe place in which conversations can occur about any issue.  The author uses qualitative research methodology in a way that the participants design and implement the Peaceforming process.  The contexts include rural and urban congregations, a symposium of professional counselors, and six at-risk congregations seeking shared ministry. The author concludes that Peaceforming enables systemic and individual changes. The author learned that research participants are seeking a relationship to God, a connection to people, and personal spiritual growth. The methodology included Pre/Post Tests of Spiritual Values, Pre/Post Achievement Tests, and consultations with students, parents, and teachers.  The results of the project showed that students' behavior skills increased and academic improvements were made. The foundation of understanding this question is rooted in his calling to lead the covenant community.  The minister is called by God not only to preach but also to serve as a leader of worship.  Many ministers surrender their role as worship leader to others and view their responsibility in worship to be limited to 'bringing the message'.  It is vital that every Presbyterian minister re-examine his role as the primary leader in worship as it is an important part of his calling.
