The conclusion emphasizes the uniqueness of Israelite religion.  Part 2 addresses the Mosaic and Davidic covenants and is a 'walk through the Bible' for lay discussion in a beginner's class. Bioethical literature from 1980 to 1988 was reviewed. There is a bioethical role for pastors complementing the function of healthcare providers.  Implications for pastors applying six ethical principles and nine underlying ethical foundations reveal they will benefit by making use of them. However, in the formation of a new hospital ethics committee, I observed no established role for pastors. Seven religious experiences examined by theologian John MacQuarrie are presented in bioethical situations. It included biblical references, writers in the Christian tradition and insights gained from Eastern traditions.  It included travel to selected ashrams of India. A questionnaire was distributed to parents, young adults, and catechists to elicit their understanding of reconciliation in their daily lives and their understanding and attitude toward the Sacrament of Reconciliation.  A separate questionnaire was distributed to priests to elicit their experiences of the sacrament with adults and children.  The experiences of the adults and catechists revealed that many have not had an updating since their childhood and basically see the sacrament as a time just to confess their wrong doings.  For many it was a negative, fear-filled experience.  The priests' responses revealed that the new form of the sacrament is not being used and they prefer face to face experiences over and against Form One. The project report describes the relationship between liturgy and catechesis and develops a process for planning a program of catechesis through liturgy including suggestions for recruiting and maintaining volunteers.  Lesson plans and theological content are given for a course to train liturgical catechists. By the analysis of interviews with those engaged ministerially with the OCF, the author illustrates the motivation, the preparation, and the support required for engagement in this ministry.
