This strategy planning model necessitated that strategic planning and community assessment tools be researched and shared with a group selected from the membership of Moselle Memorial Baptist Church.  The select group prepared a strategy template for the church which was presented to various groups within the church. A survey questionnaire, a series of Bible studies, two workshops, a series of sermons, and a community forum were developed to provide a model of ministry for this project. These tools produced meaningful dialogue between church and community and birthed new ideas and concepts to deal with community concerns.
