The model uses a threefold, concurrent methodology that envisions acting into new ways of thinking by transforming 1) preaching into innovative dialogue, 2) entrepreneurship into collaboration, and 3) ministry-for-the-neighborhood into ministry-with-the-neighborhood. Test findings suggest that traditional congregations can be significantly transformed by relational, small group dynamics.
