The participant-observation method of research was used to create a model connecting the creative arts, the church and community groups that work with at-risk children and youth by making collaborative story quilts. Churches can run a community children center better than any other social welfare institute or group for good reasons. The task is required to research and study about what the community needs. The Korean community where Dream Baptist Church is located sets a high value on children education.  Dream Baptist Church discovered the community needs and developed a children's mission school named Mission Rangers. This project is designed to establish a children's mission school in a local church in order to make the connection with the community and seeks the outreach opportunities. Enlistment and training of teachers will be the first stage.  Second stage focuses on fourteen gathering sessions to conduct a children's mission school. As the church kept focusing on its service rather than effects, God empowered the church to bear the fruit of evangelism. The emphasis herein depicts the urgent need for churches to re-evaluate their mission regarding their effectiveness and relevance to those residing in the community in which the church is located. Equally important is the actual occurrence of change when research demands change, regardless of how personally painful such change would be.
