The model uses a threefold, concurrent methodology that envisions acting into new ways of thinking by transforming 1) preaching into innovative dialogue, 2) entrepreneurship into collaboration, and 3) ministry-for-the-neighborhood into ministry-with-the-neighborhood. Test findings suggest that traditional congregations can be significantly transformed by relational, small group dynamics. With slight modifications this methodology has merit as an effective and replicable model."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["United Theological Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["f0f9c284-37b6-440c-96ab-39e6509e82ee"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1791128588970360832,"timestamp":"2024-02-17T07:02:12.682Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T07:09:36Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T07:54:58Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"3fdd003e-ed4d-4e70-ba0d-8171e8ad4692","accessControl_ssim":["8da18559-8428-4ba8-a5e9-82a150bd18c5"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["Connecting church and community"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T07:09:35Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-16T23:59:06Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["846fd864-25c4-410c-827e-b13ef9c598d2"],"hasLease_ssim":["53fa9e81-13f8-4d79-bb08-5e0186acaee1"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Unknown"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary"],"year_tesim":["2002"],"resource_type_tesim":["Unknown"],"types_tesim":["Text"],"creator_tesim":["Robert C Fulkerson"],"keyword_tesim":["Church and community"],"publisher_tesim":["Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary"],"subject_tesim":["Rural churches","Camp meetings"],"language_tesim":["English"],"abstract_tesim":["The basis of this project was directed toward the strengthening of the relationship between a small rural church and the declining community of which it was a part.
