The biblical model of conflict resolution between Aramaic-speaking and Greek-speaking Christians provided inspiration for the project.  A questionnaire was designed to survey and gather data on conflict management of Chinese-born and American-born Chinese church leaders.  Next, training sessions were developed with six areas of emphasis.  They were conducted at three Chinese churches in different geographical locations. The project researched and utilized intentional interim and conflict resolution methodologies.  It included interviews with most members of the congregation, seminar training, and a weekend planning retreat. Issues of change and power were encountered.  Original research was conducted into conflict resolution styles in the biblical narratives.  The narrative of the project was written up in modified case study format.
