This strategy seeks to facilitate the planting of responsible and reproducing churches that can thrive under local leadership using local resources for generations to come. There are four hypotheses that guide this study: Balance in evangelism and discipleship in unreached communities must be maintained. Local leaders must be preserved for local churches without depending on external support. Cross-cultural missionaries must prepare local leaders to do the majority of the public teaching in the churches that are planted. Cross-cultural missionaries must train local leaders to be responsible for the leadership of the churches that are planted. These hypotheses were evaluated in the bibliographic and biblical research. The SEARA mission was researched to determine if these hypotheses are currently evident in the mission’s methodologies. God loves people and calls Christians to participate in His redemptive mission. God calls Christians to bless them and make them a blessing to others. The church is believers who are gathered to bring nonbelievers to God. The nature of the church is missional. A missional church engages every believer to participate in the Great Commission. The incarnation of God demonstrates God’s love and reveals the model of mission and evangelism. The incarnational approach is entering other people’s worlds as Jesus Christ entered the world to identify with them without compromising biblical convictions, values, or standards. This project introduced a new evangelism approach, the “Happiness Groups” (HG) strategy. HG is a love-based incarnational group evangelism strategy developed to send Christians to their community to demonstrate God’s love to nonbelievers by loving them in their real-life settings and telling the gospel in their understandings. HG is the central ministry of the church to align the rest of the ministries toward fulfilling the Great Commission. It also is an on-the-job training platform that trains ordinary Christians to become effective gospel messengers to accomplish the extraordinary for God. Finally, this project adapted HG to transform the attractional evangelism strategy of a Chinese immigrant church in Southern California to an incarnational, missional strategy. This project conducted three rounds of HG (two rounds in person and one virtually). The data were analyzed, discussed, and evaluated. The result indicated that the HG strategy is effective in the North American Chinese church cultural context both in person and in virtual settings. The conversion, baptism, and coworker’s involvement were all improved significantly. The transformation successfully solved the low-effectiveness and low-involvement problems of the church. This work is about how people can find religious meaning on social media by placing people on equal footing in such a way that a genuine dialogue is able to take place. This dialogue enhances the mission of the church insofar as it helps participants gain confidence in contributing to the broader project of public theology, and thereby be encouraged to go out and make disciples of all nations, as it states in Matthew 28:19. To reveal the extent of religious meaning people found on social media, surveys of followers of a Facebook page called The Hippie Theologian were conducted in two sample categories of individual participants and group participants within the Facebook page. Prior to the inception of this project, the members of this young congregation were complacent with the idea of staying within the walls of their edifice and expect members to come looking for the church, instead of the church's reaching out into the communities to win souls for Christ. Group members participated in a free personality self-assessment that guided their training. After conducting research in the field of evangelism, the project director developed teaching plans that he implemented through sessions designed to equip adults to share the gospel based upon their personality strengths. The project director selected the quipping program model in order to achieve the purpose. First of all, the project director researched and studied what evangelism is, what the gospel is, and what the marketplace is through published materials and Interrnet resources.In order to equip the selected church members of New Lord's Church in marketplace evangelism skills, the project director developed a curriculum. Before the curriculum and seminar, the project director implemented a student needs assessment and pre-test to control contents, learning experiences, and educational environment. Also, the project director researched existing evangelism methods and chose the Three Circles evangelism method according to the context of the selected churched members.Due to Covid-19, the project director implemented the seminar on online for four weeks. The project director conducted a post-test to check significant changes after the seminar. Also, the project director conducted a class evaluation survey to check the project director's capacity in curriculum design. Football chaplains face a number of challenges in winning players to Christ. College football is a distinct subculture. Big time programs are increasingly popular, providing teenage athletes with national notoriety. The rosters are large, and the schedules are busy. The game is violent, and the culture is competitive. This segment of the population is unique and requires a contextualized evangelistic approach. Evangelism is at the heart of the church’s mission to make disciples. Therefore, this issue is crucial for fruitful chaplaincy. This study utilized a qualitative design using semi-structured interviews with ten chaplains who served their programs for ten years or longer. These men are either employees of their university, work for parachurch organizations, or serve as local pastors. The literature review and analysis of the ten interviews focused on three key areas to understand in impactful chaplaincy: a biblical understanding of contextualization, sports as religion, and locker room culture. This study concluded that three components combine in evangelizing college football players: intentional trust building, simple and sensible ways to present the gospel of grace, and a structured ministry funnel. Related to these three components, this study found that veteran chaplains face three major challenges to evangelism: a distorted view of manhood, the performance mindset, and scheduling constraints. Chapter two provides an exegesis of four passages of Scripture (Matthew 5:13-16; Acts 17:26,27; 1 Corinthians 9:19-23; Ephesians 2:1-10) to show God’s plan for humanity to walk in a relationship with him. The chapter also explains that God empowers believers by his grace to serve him and calls believers to be a witness for him in both word and action. Chapter three identifies four of the most formal evangelism methods and explains how relational ways of reaching out are a seamless transition from evangelism to discipleship. Chapter four describes the project itself, describing the details of the preparation and implementation of the project. Chapter five evaluates the purpose and goals of the project. This chapter also addresses the strengths and weaknesses of the project. This evangelism training allowed the church to refocus on the basic obedience of the Lord's commission and strengthened the individuals in their pursuit to be more like Christ. The project director used and equipping model with three phases to accomplish this project.Phase one of the equipping model was to research the field of evangelism and various evangelism models. Phase two consisted of synthesizing the essential evangelism skills discovered in the research into a training course. Phase three was the training workshop with selected adults.
