Of particular interest is the issue of integrity and power of Christian worship with the problem of identifying unwanted influences in its ritual on the one hand and the problem of language obsolescence on the other. The study presents multi-disciplinary research intended to improve one's ability to constructively critique both worship and one's personal role in it. Biblically and sociologically, the male role is distinguished from the female role.  That distinction involves primary leadership responsibility.  In this project it was proposed to develop a Christian male's self-identity by developing his leadership potential through increasing his awareness of leadership responsibility, improving essential biblical qualities of leadership, and advancing understanding of leadership style or personality.  A group of twelve male subjects were led in twelve group and three individual sessions.
