A cross-section of ministers from different levels of ministry and different age groups was selected. The project incorporated an eight-week Healing Care Group curriculum and a 15-question survey used to measure their responses. The results revealed a transformational change in the level of awareness of the group. In this project it was proposed to develop a Christian male's self-identity by developing his leadership potential through increasing his awareness of leadership responsibility, improving essential biblical qualities of leadership, and advancing understanding of leadership style or personality. A group of twelve male subjects were led in twelve group and three individual sessions.
