The project utilizes 'logotherapy' and the understanding of the 'wilderness' wanderings of the Isrealite people and Jesus' own experiences in the wilderness to propose a framework for turning faith crises into faith transformations.  This project is intended to impact the training of seminary students and hospital chaplains. Although the pre- and post-tests were paper and pencil tests, they were designed to test hands-on capabilities in time management, church finances, church business meetings, lay training, and office procedures.
