The  project director led selected members of Cumming Baptist Church to develop a multifaceted relational evangelism strategy that will minister effectively to the millennial population of Forsyth County, Georgia. The strategy formation team met for six sessions to develop the strategy for the church. The project director insturcted the team on demographic data from Forsyth County, information on millennials found through research, best relational evangelism practices, the biblical rationale for relational evangelism, and strategy formation technique. With this knowledge, the strategy formation team, led by the project director, developed a multifaceted relational evangelism strategy. This report contains biblical and theological references about young people and how God has woven their lives throughout our history. It also describes the current literature about Millennials from a sociological perspective. There is also a conversation about mission and missional church as it relates to the Millennials. The work shares stories of current mission and missional efforts of Highland Presbyterian Church and interviews with Millennials who are involved in the missional movement. Using a quantitative approach, data was accumulated after twelve weeks of instruction and application of the Bible reading method with the goal of hearing God. Other areas focused on their loyalty to bosses, the importance of a company's values and social practices, and their preferences about working independently of collaboratively.     Members of an American college ministry were surveys using an online survey tool. Based on 261 surveys, 85 percent chose servant leadership as their preferred style. The results of this project will serve to help local churches facilitate single millennials to become committed church members. Single millennials hold a worldview that makes it difficult for them to participate in the local church in the way that the New Testament describes. This worldview or individualism causes millennials to participate in local churches without commitment, and their loose affiliation with the local church is producing spiritual nomads. The New Testament clearly describes the Christian life being lived within the bounds of committed membership in the local church. The project director studies the worldview of the millennial generation in order to determine receptivity to varying approaches to personal evangelism. In addition, the project director researched the field of chronological Bible storying in order to identify essential themes relevant to personal evangelism training among millennials. He used that information to develop and conduct a workshop aimed at training the selected leaders in personal evangelism by using aspects of chronological Bible storying. The workshop addressed attitudes, experiences, and barriers regarding personal evangelism, the basics of the millennial worldview, the importance of Bible storying, essential themes of the Bible, and personal engagement skills. This project included a quantitative paired-sample survey to evaluate the research data. Data analysis determined if a significant relationship existed which supported the hypothesis that implementation of a complexity leadership protocol could increase involvement of millennials as measured by beliefs, attitudes, and experiences. This dissertation has three hypotheses. (1) There is an association between parental feelings of failure and coping with adolescent rebellion. (2) There is an association between parental feelings of guilt and coping with adolescent rebellion. (3) There is an association between parental feelings of blame and coping with adolescent rebellion. The Family Values Questionnaire was given to eight families of various compositions, each unit contained least one parent and one adolescent rebelling against the family's values and beliefs.
