growth through integrated Hispanic ministry in an Anglo Southern Baptist church. Using Everett Roger's attributes of innovations in a series of focus groups and semi-guided interviews, this study explores the theology and best practices of an Anglo church experiencing growth through integrated Hispanic ministry. A survey of Hispanic ministry models is offered highlighting the integrated model. As a result all three groups of respondents (pastors, teachers, and students) believe that academic training and a curriculum grounded in the culture and experiences of our people is very important for the task of leadership training. This study asked what are the barriers to effective Hispanic ministry, what have been the most helpful strategies, and what are the universal ministry factors that help reach people of all races and cultures?  The design of this study was an interview format within a qualitative research style.  Eleven pastors were interviewed from across the state of California, who had demonstrated success in reaching out to the Hispanic community.
