Undergraduate students who are majoring in business and human resources may not be sufficiently challenged by a biblical-Christian perspective with respect to the definition of work and the resulting redemptive-leadership perspective that could be applied in the workplace. While the original purpose of WNA was to serve a support function, it appeared that they soon operated with management authority. Professor John Kotter, author of Leading change and The heart of change, is often cited as an authority on corporate culture change. This paper researches the inception and implementation of WNA and analyses the implementation process in light of the eight steps of corporate change recommended by Kotter.
