Six lay persons shared their vocational journeys in relation to work, lifestyle, and their calling in the Body of Christ.  They were prepared by classes, group meetings, and pastoral sermons and dialogue.  Evocative questions developed thinking about vocational meaning.  The project was grounded in biblical and ethical thought about vocation, psychological research in speech as commitment, and faith development through educational methodology. Seven bi-weekly sessions focused on interactions between two realms of the faith, family, and work triad (e.g., family and work, faith and family, etc).  Assignments elicited personal reflection and couple communication.  A pre-test, interview, post-test, and evaluation took place.
