The overall research goal was to heighten an understanding of the person and work of the Holy Spirit and motivate participants to minister in the power of the Spirit specifically healing. The study consisted of a packet of two books by revivalist Randy Clark given to participants with a pre and post read questionnaire. The results showed a trend toward a high self evaluation of the theology of the Holy Spirit but in actual praxis, very low numeric values in terms of quantifiable praxis. This study describes the reactions of Christian students from Trinity University to the faith and practice of those whom they meet while studying abroad. After reviewing an alternative model of Christian missionary, the critical distinction between missions and missio Dei, and cross-cultural diffusion of Christianity, themes drawn from interviews with students are presented, as well as student perceptions of the impact of studying abroad on their faith. As a result the writer developed and taught the course, 'Towards an evangelical understanding of Roman Catholicism,' covering post-Vatican II theological developments using concepts of adult education. Although evangelicals have serious doctrinal differences with the Catholic Church, this does not rule out cooperation. The course seemed to slightly increase knowledge of the Catholic Church and confidence in sharing the gospel with Catholics. Finally, a strategy for recruiting missionaries from among the millennials in the US Christian \u0026 Missionary Alliance is offered, providing helpful suggestions for local congregations to implement, as well as steps of action for the C\u0026MA to take at the national and district levels. Questionnaires administered before and after the course indicated changed attitudes toward critical issues in overseas missions policy and practice. The outcome of the study was a set of recommendations pointing toward a new mission paradigm for the Korean Methodist
