The hypothesis of this project is simple: knowledge plus experience equals acceptance. Through the research methods of surveys, interviews, and focus group instruction, the author discovered the validity of the projects hypothesis. Interviews conducted with soldiers deploying in support of Operation Enduring Freedom demonstrated that the transition from the civilian to military sector can be overwhelming.  This thesis will demonstrate how Christian National Guard and Reserve soldiers can, through a biblical framework, transition into the Army as their workplace.
