The Fort Dix Warrior Transition Unit (WTU) Action Plan assists soldiers in strengthening their personal resilience and enhancing their recovery through a proactive educational approach that addresses the whole person, including the spiritual dimension.  It provides a structure that encourages soldiers to reflect on their values, define their goals, identify and participate in activities that enhance recovery and begin their transition either back to their units or into civilian life. The method of research is that of an in-depth study of the history of the doctrine of nonresistance within the Brethren Movement and by a written survey taken by both the ordained ministers of the FGBC and by the attenders of the Grace Brethren Church of Longview, Texas.
