My project utilized the equipping model with three primary goals. The first goal was to research and gather resources related to mental health skills. This research provided a thorough annotated bibliography approved by my expert evaluator in mental health skills. The second goal was to develop a curriculum based on the essential skills identified. The evaluation of this curriculum included a curriculum rubric and the mentorship of my curriculum expert. The third goal \r\nwas to equip selected hospice nurses with mental health skills. Pretests and posttests were used to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction in equipping skills and the outcomes of using those skills. I believe that the curriculum produced by this project helped nurses in dealing with stress, depression, and grief associated with hospice work. I aimed to address the specific obstacles that keep many members from engaging in personal evangelism conversations and to encourage and prepare them to obey this God-given task. I gathered and analyzed internal data, which clearly showed a lack of evangelistic engagement within the church.\r\n\r\nI carried out the project in three phases: research, curriculum development, and equipping courses. During the research phase, I studied the Scriptures along with trusted extra-biblical sources, analyzed both external and internal data, and used pre- and postcourse surveys to assess the selected participants. In the curriculum development phase, I synthesized the information I gathered to create lessons that balanced sound doctrine with practical application. I designed and implemented a four-session retreat that combined theological foundations, leadership development, and the 4MAT teaching model to help student leaders integrate biblical truth with daily practice. This approach was grounded in the conviction that Gen Z athletes require more than information transfer; they need a holistic transformation that shapes identity, relationships, and mission.\r\n\r\nThe methodology included pre-retreat preparation, lesson design, and \r\nimplementation within the Auburn University Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Each session followed the 4MAT cycle, Why, What, How, and What If, to ensure engagement across diverse learning styles. Evaluations drew from feedback from ministry leaders, participant reflection forms, and direct observation.\r\n\r\nThe results demonstrated growth in participants’ confidence, clarity, and practice of missional living. Students reported greater understanding of their identity in Christ, increased boldness in gospel conversations, and commitment to servant leadership. The project consisted of three steps to achieve this goal. The first step involved researching the field of discipleship to determine the essential elements for a disciple’s life. The second step in the process was to develop a curriculum that incorporated the vital elements decided upon in the first step. The third and final step was to identify a group of students and equip them with the essential elements for the life of a disciple. Upon project approval, I finished the Equipping Model and used it to train the ministry team at Dayspring Baptist Church. When the training was complete, the team was taught to apply Disciple-Making Pipeline skills.\r\n\r\nThe purpose of the Disciple-Making Pipeline is to aid the team in effectively \r\ncreating disciples who make more disciples. By equipping the team to use this model, Dayspring will be better prepared to offer consistency in discipleship. The  pipeline gives clear steps and goals referred to as Mile-Markers and Destination Points.\r\n\r\nThe results of this project will be seen in Dayspring’s discipleship growth. The \r\nministry team at Dayspring works well together, relying on every member to help reach the end goals.
