This project develops a program to improve conflict management skills of a Canadian Chinese church. Beginning with research into biblical views and contemporary theories of conflict, the project reviews Chinese concepts of 'harmony,' 'honor,' and relational patterns of thinking. The Growing in Christ material, published by the Navigators, was translated into the Vietnamese language for the purpose of discipling new Vietnamese immigrant converts in Canada.  The case study and survey methodology were employed to conduct research and collect data.  The proposed discipleship material was field-tested.  Average and mean responses of the questionnaire were tabulated and analyzed.
