They met for eleven sessions of four hours over twelve months. A pre and post 360 survey, correspondence, field notes and session transcripts provided data that indicated positive development of the participants' missional leadership capacities. Experimentation, cohort learning and both experienced and local coaching were among elements that contributed to this development. After research and creation, the course of study was taught over the course of one academic year. It was then evaluated for its evangelical orientation and relevance by a panel of educators and students. This project tested whether the curriculum developed could meet the OME's requirements for a course of study, be endorsed by an expert panel of Christian educators from Ontario and be found to be engaging and beneficial to a cross-section of high school students.
