The project director increased his knowledge of strategy-planning and strategies for planting new churches. He selected and trained a strategy development team to aid in the process of developing a strategy. The demographics within the province of Santiago Rodriguez and the Dominican Republic were explored along with current strategies for evangelism and church planting.  A strategy was developed to facilitate a church planting movement among the various population segments of Santiago Rodriguez.
