The methodology is action research. Data were collected with the use of participant-observation and in-depth interview. Data were interpreted through two cycles of action research and each cycle included identifying questions, collecting data and taking possible informed action. Through these steps strategies were developed and training program designed to equip the Chinese diaspora congregations in Ukraine. In view of the fact that most of these students/scholars will move back to China after they finish their academic programs, introducing the Gospel to them may be of great significance to the Gospel ministry of mainland China. Combining his own 15 years of experience with mainland China student ministry in Europe, what he has learned from the D.Min program at Logos Evangelical Seminary, and the study of Paul's missionary strategies and attitudes in the Bible, the writer provides European churches with recommendations on how to develop appropriate strategies for Chinese students/scholars ministry and their vision of future work.
