This project examines the willingness and readiness of the Jamaica Methodist District clergy to use relevant Information and Communications Technologies to overcome the leadership, administration, and service delivery issues that result from the prevailing shortage of presbyters.  The project further seeks to highlight opportunities and challenges that may come with the use of these technologies in pastoral ministry. This study assesses how well the leadership has enabled the church to be a transformative presence in the Jamaican culture during the period 1967-2012. The research uncovered that with a new emerging culture many changes that needed to be implemented by an effective leadership did not happen.
