The participants experienced transformation of self through self reflection and deeper encounter with the Lord. Their feedback also suggested a possibility of using the program for small groups. The contemplative prayer exercise program at the Zion Korean United Methodist Church in Carson City, California, showed a positive result after analyzing the pre-program questionnaires, the post-program questionnaires, and the session meetings.
