For effective mission in the rural context, the author researched theological foundations -- Contextulaization and Konvivenz mission theology -- to support No-ri mission. Based on those two theological factors, the author approached the people in the rural community with Samul No-ri as a representative of Korean traditional culture, because of the familiarity of Samul No-ri in the context. His question was 'What kind of worship services can we create to bring together the younger and older generations at Wondang church?'  He used four steps to bring a united worship in Wondang church: Praise and Worship; Traditional; Blended; and Multisensory and Experiential.  The results were not great because there were some limitations of the existing church.  However he was hopeful for the Korean churches based on his findings. The first chapter raises the two problems and states the purpose. The second chapter consists of a theological understanding of maturity based on biblical theology, church historical theology, John Wesley's concepts of maturity and means of grace, early Korean Bible Classes, and how they can apply to today's 'Bible Classes Programs for Maturity of Local Church Congregations.' The contemplative prayer exercise program at the Zion Korean United Methodist Church in Carson City, California, showed a positive result after analyzing the pre-program questionnaires, the post-program questionnaires, and the session meetings.
