This project sought to carry out an experiment in caring ministry by training laypersons to care for the aged in the Donam community in Seoul, Korea. The results of pre- and posttests showed that the attitudes and beliefs of these laypersons regarding the nature and function of the church were significantly changed through participation in caring ministry.
