A qualitative phenomenological research design was employed. The author utilized an interview protocol based on identified stressors cited in previous research. Seven major stressors were noted by participants with safety concerns, absence of field-specific training, and cross-cultural conflict being the most prominent. Three categories of stressors emerged: individual stress, cross-cultural stress, and professional stress. Twelve people from Mission Village Baptist Church were trained for one month in the subjects of evangelism, missions, and the culture and customs of Tijuana, Mexico. Then, five people spent two months making four evangelistic mission trips to Tijuana, Mexico, implementing the training they had received. The methods used in this project entailed designing an equipping and training model of evangelism to reach the non-Christians in Tijuana, Mexico. The popularity of STM has increased to the point where it has become a major trend in missions. This study examines and analyzes the effects of North American STM to Mexico from the perspective of Mexican pastors (emic perspective), providing an avenue for the Mexican pastors to give feedback to the North American STM teams. To test this hypothesis, the author accepted the job of 'Missions and Evangelism Pastor' of a 1000 member church with the goal of establishing a daughter church in a years time.  Cultural barriers were largely neutralized and an indigenous church was established in just over a year. Topics include Mission Preparation, Demographics of Latin America, Theology and History of CEBs, Forming CEB in San Antonio de Las Alazanas Village, Theology of Mission. The author's theology evolved and matured as he established CEBs and support groups that help ongoing mission.  The author concludes that CEBs will continue to
