Building upon a theoretical base, four case studies were conducted allowing present cross-cultural workers to evaluate classroom and seminar training in a variety of areas and to list areas in which training is needed. The resulting model is of a school with a strong emphasis upon cross-cultual training in the regular curriculum, on-campus short courses, and external seminars.
