It is pointed out that God has been active in the lives of all people.  The Old and New Testament personalities and early church fathers believed that God has never left himself without witnesses.  In the 19th and 20th centuries this idea got lost. Health and healing is grounded in a doctrine of creation and in a modeling of ministry in Jesus's work as a servant.
