The project included three main phases: research, strategy development, and presentation. Phase one researched demographics of Theodore, Alabama and numerous books on church planting, church revitalization, and church health. The project director also attended three workshops on church planting. An annotated bibliography was used to design a curriculum for phase two. Phase two selected a group of church leaders from First Baptist Church of Theodore who met for five sessions to study the best practices of church planting and develop a church plant strategy for FBCT. Phase three completed the project as the church plant strategy team designed a strategy and a written narrative before presenting the proposal to the deacon body of FBCT. During phase two the project director led a selected group of leaders of the Covington Baptist Association of Covington County, Alabama, to develop a multifaceted strategy for the association. It considers theological research in the area of evangelism and reviews current literature about outreach, focusing on relationships, friendship evangelism, and using recreational settings in outreach. Described are the processes and methods that were used to develop, implement, and evaluate the training of laypeople to become better witnesses in recreational settings. The findings suggest that training for evangelism in recreational settings used in conjunction and the use of such recreational settings used for intentional evangelism help those providing a Christian witness. The team will meet regularly until the strategy is complete and ready to be presented to the church body. The questionnaire method was used among Asian Indian pastors to study certain areas of ministry and the level of networking with established churches.  This project analyzes some aspects of friendship evangelism and traditional methodologies, and will help readers understand Hinduism, biblical Christianity, cultural Christianity, Hindu cultural values and belief systems in order to remove misconceptions, biased feelings, and wrong attitudes.  These findings will go a long way in redefining the approach of using creative methods to build bridges of love to communicate the gospel of Jesus Christ to the Asian Indian community in the United States of
