Previous SDA evangelism in Jamaica has successfully reached poor and working people, but it has been ineffective in contacting and attracting the upper classes. The project suggests that 'intentional ministries'--any social ministry, instrument, or program designed to make a deliberate impact within the local community--can be used to contact upper-class people and make personal evangelism possible. The study has four sections: 1) a biblical and theological understanding of evangelism; 2) a survey of Hinduism in Trinidad; 3) a survey of selected literature; and 4) the development of a proposed evangelistic strategy utilizing diversified methods.
