The process involved responding to pre-test and post-test surveys, learning and discussing relevant concepts, and reflecting on related articles and videos. The results of the small-group process revealed that the participants become more adept in thinking theologically about work. This impact study used a survey instrument before a twelve-week small group process began and another survey instrument at the conclusion of the experience. The project design included seven interactive lessons, pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The results revealed that the eleven participants were more missionally focused after engaging the discipleship training curriculum. Their awareness and knowledge to include others in God's missional intent grew. One such vow is the parental intention that the child become Jesus' disciple, obey His word, and His love. Yet we have historically provided little guidance for the fulfillment of this vow. I designed and conducted a nine-week class to assist these parents. The class presented strategies for teaching children about the Bible, Christian worship, prayer, church traditions, and the Christian life. The paradigm was presented in a series of five sermons and teaching lessons to the congregation of Berean Grace Fellowship, and in a series of five sermons to the pastor's conference of the Grace Gospel Fellowship. The two groups of respondents received the same information about the paradigm. After the presentations were completed, a post-evaluation assessment was administered to evaluate the impact, adequacy, and presentation of the paradigm.
