Nine ARMBA received a five point Likert scale survey for their adult parishioners to complete. The survey included three sections: demographics, discovery, and an evaluation of the study. Thirty-three individuals completed the survey. The overall results were favorable. The design of the project included the administration of a pre and post-testt questionnaire in a retreat focused group study, along with city and rural church facility tour by the participants. The most prominent goal was the participants increased their practice of unity. The online questionnaire invited Christian African American women to respond to questions about themselves, internal and external to the workplace, and their challenges. The results discovered that the challenges faced are not unique to Christian African American women, but are relevant to all African American women.
