A marriage seminar was provided for four married couples dealing with chemical addiction in their marriage.  The participants learned about formational prayer principles, core longings, dysfunctional behaviors and emotional attachment.  The results were measured using a verbal extent scale. A psycho-educational group was developed that educated on: tough love; tough love mirroring biblical love; tough love helping their spouse; the implementation of tough love; and the modification of one's own behaviors. Fifteen raters (n=15) assessed the project resource via an assessment tool. Therefore, this project employed a small group for the purpose of leading people to experience restoration by experiencing a greater sense of community and transformation, hope and healing. The significant finding was that people experienced greater levels of acceptance and affirmation. Group participants also reported feeling less isolated and more connected to God and one another. Teaching of God's word, experiential activities, and inner healing prayer encounters had a substantial impact upon the spiritual well-being of the participants.  These results showed a positive effect upon the participants' false beliefs and emotional wounds.
