This tool assessed a respondent's formation in Christ-likeness with respect to nine groupings of virtues/vices and six dimensions of the self. based on these results it recommended particular spiritual disciplines. This resource was reviewed by a panel of experts who indicated that it met its project goals reasonably well. Five key directives of Jesus's leadership were developed and measured: (1) Jesus experienced life with His disciples, (2) Jesus engaged the disciples in their own development, (3) Jesus empowered the disciples with a clear vision, (4) Jesus enlisted the help of the Father for the disciples in prayer, (5) Jesus endured the Cross on the disciples' behalf.
