The coaching sessions were designed to specifically enhance both aptitudes and attitudes of the seven leaders who participated in the impact study. The research question was: What is the transformation that has occurred in the lives of twenty-seven participating pastors? A questionnaire using open-ended and closed questions was developed to discover the degree to which pastors were transformed. The goal is for professional clergy to identify, mentor and elevate women and men through a clergy apprenticeship and into transformational leadership. A panel of experienced clergy evaluated the model. The results indicated that the Mentoring Model was most successful as a catalyst for structuring the process. The results also indicate the presence of a prevailing impact on the Kingdom of God.
